Our first gig of the past weekend saw K9 head locally to Wamberal Ocean View Cafe for a Year 10 Celebration Party. The CCGS students spent minimal time eating and socialising, and maximum time on the dance floor. There was dancing from within the first hour of the event, through to 15 minutes after the venue lights were turned back on. Ontop of our premium lighting and sound setup, 6 extra Up-Lights were added to the package, which were spread throughout the room in an aqua blue during the earlier parts, then switched to red and sound-active later on the night 🏮 A great night was had by all in attendance, with the organiser calling the night “absolutely fabulous” as “everyone danced til the last beat”. Thanks for hiring us, and congrats the year 10 students of CCGS!

Gig #2 of the weekend: Last Saturday night Basssick ventured to Gwandalan for Keeahn's 30th birthday event. After a few hours of relaxed vibe tunes, the guests had the rest of the night to dance, and with a playlist full of R&B and Hip Hop tunes from the past 30 years, it wasn't a hard feat. Even though the event was already 6 hours long, so much fun was had that the DJ set got extended an extra 90 minutes 💃 This was also our second event for this client, after playing a 40th for them back in 2016. Thanks for hiring us again! Tonight we are playing a Year 10 Celebration Event at Wamberal SLSC, and the Shelly Beach Fossils presentation night at Shelly Beach Surf Club.
